The reflections are taken from the daily gospel readings and given in both English and Filipino by Hopegivers and servants from various Christian communities.

The shows aim to plant the seed of faith among its viewers, nurture it every day, and allow God to make it grow in His perfect time.

POH was conceptualized on the first day of the pandemic lockdown in Manila in 2020 by Bro. Bobby Quitain, Sis. Emmie Panganiban and Bro. Pao Antonio. It aired the following day on March 17 in Facebook and YouTube with the aim to provide the Filipino nation with the Gospel to give hope amidst the global pandemic.

POH has since grown in viewership both in the Philippines and abroad.

It holds monthly live online spiritual, inspirational and practical talks called "Time-Out: A Short Break with a Hopegiver" and conducts online recollections during special seasons of the Catholic Church.

It has also published its first ebook, "Time-Out: A 30 Day Coffee Break with the Lord" on August 2020.
